I am Gillian - a Leadership Developer, Facilitator and Coach: focused on helping you, your team or your organisation to dream big, get stuff done and have fun.

A Daughter, Sister, Wife, Mum of teens and dogs, lover of baking, walking and comedy. Day dreamer of big dreams and the go to for getting stuff done. I live life knowing that I don't want regrets and that's it better to start, to try, to be positive and to just keep moving.

Previously a Head of Department in a regional organisation juggling life and happiness I know the realities of the corporate world.

Having really found my true calling and am clear on my purpose - the Chief of Happiness at Firefly Facilitation Ltd. Now, I spend my time supporting others to truly find themselves and their happiness.

I remember at times feeling out of control, a passenger in my own life, overwhelmed, guilty at not being more illuminated or illuminating, unfulfilled, angry, and sad. I hadn’t noticed that the fun, the laughter, and the energy had gone, and my sense of purpose and identity had disappeared. My light had dimmed, a little at a time, over a long time so I hadn’t noticed.

Thank goodness that someone else had, “Where’s your light gone, you look like you’ve been dimmed – where has my happy, fun and energetic little Firefly gone?”

I since spent time working on myself and my purpose became clear and profound. My purpose was to help others to find and nurture their light and happiness.

A fully insured ILM Certified coach, ANLP NLP Practitioner and accredited in a suite of fantastic diagnostic tools to build self-awareness and personal growth.

25 years’ experience of all things culture, people, learning and coaching I believe that coaching can be the key to unlocking the extraordinary in you, to release what is already inside.

Working with me feels like an appropriate blend of compassion, support and challenge. Meeting you where you are and inviting you to explore and discover what you need to get you where you want to be.

I have trained and coached Directors within the Charities sector, Founders and CEO’s of a range of companies through to parents returning to work after having children and rising stars in their first leadership role as well as organisations, teams and individuals struggling to find their identity and purpose.
